Return Policy
Merchandise cannot be returned without our consent. Please call Customer Service at 800-26-SONIC (267-6642) for return merchandise authorization (RMA). All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Merchandise must be in original and/or proper packaging; Ship RMA's prepaid; RMA Number MUST be written on shipping label.

** Please Note : It is the responsibility of customers to fully insure all items returned to Sonic Science Inc. All items returned to Sonic Science Inc. must be freight prepaid. Sonic Science Inc. is not liable for damage or loss for products returned by customers

What methods of payment do we accept
All sales from this store are transacted in Canadian currency.

All sales are to be prepaid by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Paypal.

Cheques - Sonic Science will only accept company cheques from those companies that we have an established business relationship. Personal and bank counter cheques will not be accepted. Orders paid with a cheque will be released for shipment when your cheque clears your bank.

Cheques and Money Orders should be made payable to Sonic Science Inc. in Canadian funds only.

Credit Cards
Credit card orders are released for shipment immediately. It is our policy to verify each credit card order useing the CVV2 number, address verification and by calling the issuing bank to confirm the ship to address.

By submitting your credit card information through our on-line shopping cart system, you are authorizing Sonic Science Inc. to charge your credit card in the amount specified. You agree that you are authorized to use the credit card specified for the purchase, and you will take steps so that no accidental chargebacks occur (by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase). You also understand that "Sonic Science Inc." will show up on your credit card statement. In the event of a mistaken chargeback you agree to pay a $25 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount.

Do I have to pay Ontario Provincial Sales Tax and GST?
Goods and Service Tax (GST) is only applicable to orders shipped within Canada. Ontario Retail Sales Tax (8%) is only applicable to orders shipped within Ontario.
