Sonic SFX has created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our company's commitment to privacy. Your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern.
When you visit our Web site, we help you maintain control over your personal data on the Internet. Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our Internet sites.
Information Gathering and Usage
Sonic SFX gathers information about you from data that you provide through such things as optional or mandatory registration, on-line surveys, and contests. The types of personal information collected can include name, mailing address, phone number, email address, transaction and credit card information. We may also ask you to provide us with demographic information such as your job function, industry, application, contact preferences or experience with our products. Contests
Sonic SFX offers contests in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address. In some cases, the entrant must answer mandatory survey questions about a range of technical interests and personal data. The information gathered in the entry form is used to verify the entrant's identity and eligibility, to contact winners or prize recipients, and to market and sell our products. Because the rules and terms of each contest can vary, all information about each contest is clearly posted during the event.
Cookies
Cookies are used to enhance your experience on our sites by allowing us to tailor our content based on your interests. A cookie is a small data file that is saved on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user ID, which the site uses to personalize content and track the pages you've visited. Sonic SFX will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization unless it is affiliated with Sonic SFX. Distributors, affiliates, contractors, or other business partners of Sonic SFX who have access to your personal information use the information in connection with your customer relationship with Sonic SFX and our products. Contractors use the information to fulfill Sonic SFX's requirements for such things as processing credit card purchases, shipping goods to customers, and providing information to potential customers.

Information Correction and Updating
Sonic SFX offers you the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration for any site. You may change this information by returning to that site or emailing privacy@Sonic SFX. You may also unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters by following the link provided in each electronic newsletter or emailing privacy@Sonic SFX.
Deleting/Deactivation Policy
Sonic SFX does not offer you a means by which to completely delete personal information, but you can deactivate your identity within our database. To deactivate an identity, email privacy@Sonic SFX.
Security
Sonic SFX operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by you. Any particularly sensitive information, such as a customer's credit card number collected for a commerce transaction, is encrypted prior to transmission.
Children's Privacy Protection
Sonic SFX's Web sites do not target and are not intended for children under the age of 13. Sonic SFX's Web sites will not knowingly collect personal data from children, and will delete such data upon discovery.
Sale of Business
Sonic SFX may transfer personal information to a third party that acquires a business from Sonic SFX where the information is provided as an important asset of that acquired business.
