Shipping Information
Q. What Shipping methods does Sonic Science Inc. offer at the Sonic Store and how long will shipping take?
A. Sonic Science offers Purolator and Fedex service. Transit time will vary depending on your location from 1 to 6 days. Delivery in Canada, United States, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Puerto Rico and U.K. (London) all have a one day transit time. Customs clearance can add an extra day to your delivery. A received signature is required on all shipments.
Q. How much is Shipping and Handling.
A. Shipping charges are based on the weight or dimensional weight (how large the box is). The cost will be shown on the checkout page.
Q. How long does Sonic Science take to ship my order
A. All orders placed on Monday through Friday before noon (EST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST may ship the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the next business day.
Q. Can I have Sonic Science bill my Federal Express, Purolator account for the shipping charge?
A. Not through the web-site at this time. But please contact us directly and we will be pleased to accomodate you. In the event that you supply an incorrect account number, and we are billed for the shipping, we will charge your card for that amount plus any additional charges that the shipping company adds on.
Return Policy
Merchandise cannot be returned without our consent. Please call Customer Service at 800-26-SONIC (267-6642) for return merchandise authorization (RMA). All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Merchandise must be in original and/or proper packaging; Ship RMA's prepaid; RMA Number MUST be written on shipping label.
** Please Note : It is the responsibility of customers to fully insure all items returned to Sonic Science Inc. All items returned to Sonic Science Inc. must be freight prepaid. Sonic Science Inc. is not liable for damage or loss for products returned by customers
